3D Image Processing GmbH (3D-IP) is proud to announce it's new company name 3ality Digital Systems GmbH as of
Nov. 29th, 2007. Our company's name change was the last step to successfully complete our integration into our Hollywood based mother company 3ality Digital LLC., after being aquired in November 2006.

We are looking forward to add enormous value to our global company by contributing especially algorithms and devices for content capturing and production, broadcast, display technology, as well as software for content postproduction. To unite our know-how of stereoscopic algorithms with the abilities of a global player in this emerging market is a big step forward in bringing real-live 3D content to a broad audience and we are proud to be part of it.

Developing applications for the entertainment industry was our focus in the last few years and will remain the most important market for us. Of course we are continuing our R&D efforts also in other markets, especially in industrial automation and robotics. As part of the fusion and to strengthen our focus on R&D, we relocated marketing and sales from our German office to the company's headquarter in Los Angeles, USA.
